Tape across the widest part, then measure it in mm
- 1Place a small piece of tape across the widest part of your nail bed.
- 2Measure the tape in millimeters using a tape measure or the tape measure app on your phone.
- 3Repeat for each nail — both thumbs and all eight fingers.
